These Terms of Service apply when you use the Russian Doll Hair Extensions website, contact us, request a consultation or book an appointment. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the appointment terms below.

Consultations and personalised estimates

Consultations are free and may take place online or at the salon. We use the consultation to understand your natural hair, desired result and the application that may be suitable for you.

Before you confirm an installation appointment, you will receive a personalised estimate of the price and likely appointment duration. Application time varies according to the desired length and volume, the amount of hair required and the complexity of the application.

A deposit is payable only when you decide to proceed with the final booking.

Appointments and deposits

Your appointment is reserved once the required deposit has been paid.

Deposits are non-refundable for change of mind and are subject to our 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

These conditions do not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Late arrivals

Appointments are planned around the time required for each personalised application. Arriving late can affect the service and the appointments that follow.

  • If you are 30 minutes late, 50% of your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you are one hour late, your full deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you are more than one hour late, the appointment will be cancelled and your full deposit will be forfeited.

Missed appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and have not given notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

Installation, results and aftercare

Every application is planned for the individual client. The finished result, wear and potential for reuse can vary with natural hair, the chosen application, lifestyle and aftercare.

Please follow the aftercare guidance provided for your application and arrange professional removal when the time comes. Depending on its condition, carefully maintained extension hair may be suitable for rebonding.

The terms accepted when an appointment was booked will continue to govern that booking unless we agree otherwise with you or the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
