Refund Policy for Hair Extensions

No Refunds After Installation
Once hair extensions have been installed, they no longer qualify for a refund or partial refund. Installation confirms your acceptance of the product's quality, and we cannot accept returns of used or altered items.

Pre-Washed and Air-Dried Extensions
All hair extensions are pre-washed and air-dried to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. Customers are encouraged to inspect the hair thoroughly prior to installation. By proceeding with installation, you acknowledge and agree to the quality of the product provided.

Maintenance Responsibility
Proper care and maintenance are essential to extending the life of your hair extensions. Once installed, the customer is fully responsible for maintaining the hair extensions in accordance with the care instructions provided. Issues arising from improper maintenance, such as tangling or matting, do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Installation Warranty

We want you to love your new hair! If you're unhappy with the installation, we offer a 6-week warranty for all installation services.

  • Bond Fixes and Concerns: If any bonds slip out or you have concerns about the installation, we will fix them for free within 6 weeks from the date of installation.
  • Conditions: This warranty covers installation-related issues only. Concerns must be reported promptly and within the warranty period to qualify for complimentary fixes.

Final Sale Items

All hair extension sales are considered final once they have been installed. This policy ensures the integrity of our product and upholds hygiene standards.

Refunds and Exchanges for Products

All products excluding hair extensions are eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags or accessories.
